PostSubject: Re: Questions   14th September 2009, 12:07 pm

sorry for posting this here but i didnt know where to post it..i have some question...
1)i've heard that sakis is working on for a new cd at this winter..is it true or just a rumour?
2)whats your opinion for not doing choreografies anymore?is it ok for you or u would prefer do a tour for example this winter with 4-5 concerts?
that will be a show close to michael's jackson... its song and a show its self
i dont know about u but i think thats hes the best perfomer greece ever had...and he has to do a tour for his fans that would be unbelievable....with choreo we can not even imagine...he still can do it!

No doubt he is indeed the best performer 2 ever come out in such a beautiful country like Greece! In my mind he could b easily popular elsewhere! And should it happen being a part of that is indeed very exciting! And no doubt he's been doing it 4 many years and yet there's no stopping him!

Hi vasilic! Very Happy I didn't realise that Sakis had decidely stopped using choreography in his shows... but if he has, well I think it's great when he just goes with the flow and uses his own dance moves, and quite hot too Embarassed Laughing

As for the web tv, it seems to be working on and off, one minute it's working next it isn't, so I couldn't predict when it will be working again unfortunately.

I could write a novel on this subject but right now Im just too enthralled by the magic of the concerts he is currently involved in... and for these, its my personal opinion that Sakis certainly does not need a choreographed routine at all.... he is just soooo HOT when he is allowed to feel the music and move. He has an amazing ability to just take any beat and move to it - why feature robotic choreographed routines which just make him look like a puppet.

The people here in Greece loved the choreography for this year's ESC but throughout europe it was ridiculed by many for being way too over the top and contrived. I can see both sides of this argument. I believe he was totally 100 percent the sakis that we know and adore... yet as a non-greek, i could see where some of the adverse comments were coming from.

I WOULD love to see a bigger production around Sakis involving the other people on stage and of course a tour would be wonderful... but pleeeeeze not this winter. I want him back in Athens on a regular basis..... but that's just me - I want him near !!!! cant get enough of him!! lol

Haven't heard anything about a new album yet either. The way our man does it on stage he doesn't really need a choreographer 2 make his performances hot!

I couldn't agree more!

Haven't been visiting the site 4 a while so I'm not sure if it's still working or not.

On Sakis not needing a choreographed routine: And Jane u're not alone!

No doubt I truly luved his performance at this year's ESC! Sadly though others didn't felt the same way. 4 us his fans what we saw was and still is the Sakis that we know and luv. Yet others though believed otherwise.

Ive just been watching a video of the concert he did on Rhodes. Tamta was there and he invited her on to the stage to sing. Whilst she was singing... he went into the band and took over the drums. He has a FANTASTIC sense of rhythm.. so I stand by my earlier post 150 per cent.

Do NOT choreograph this man.... leave him free to move cos he mooooooooves without any direction from anyone... it comes from INSIDE.

On both of those occasions it was very nice of him 2 do that!

To be honest, he doesn't need any choreography, he is capable of doing it himself. Plus no other artist I know does this like him.

I do want to make it clear that I have absolutely nothing against Fokas.... he is a wonderful choregrapher and has dreamed up some stunning routines for sakis in the past... i would just prefer him now to concentrate on the dancers behind Sakis and leave our man alone to just be..... "Rouvas"

Me neither Elli, but I do agree that the dancers need focussing on more though.

Indeed Mo! Though Fokas has done a great job choreographing our man's stunning routines in the past! Those dancers should have credit as well as much as the ppl behind the scenes. Helping out our man as well! And I'm sure our man has also his say of what he'll wear 4 those shows he's doing. Whatever they r they BETTER b great choices if u know what I mean?! Aside from that let our man just b well........ pure Rouvas as always!

Michael....
Ok i didnt say doing robot-choreos cause that will not be sakis....
But we can do 3-4 moves through the song with the dancers...
Doing some moves all together looks much better....
Thnx anyway for telling me your opinion ;D

But he already does do that... at least he has been doing in the concerts Ive been to lately.

A mix of sakis moving alone and the odd but of interaction with the dancers is great.

my opinion is that his concerts must be bigger productions..he has to do a lot of things .two ore three choreographies, add lasers and a lot of smoke on ballads and to have some songs for solo dance and rock like ela mou and jingo..but he needs two or three choreografies :)and something i have noticed, that from the concert in halkida and after he has much more energy and passion..

Yes... he has a ton of energy... its wonderful.

I love the idea of a bigger production - maybe with more props on the stage...

I went to a concert many years ago in the UK for Paul Young. He was someone who moved naturally to a rhythm and appealed very much to my musical tastes.

He had a structure on stage which was a bridge he could climb around and run accross and there was a pole which he could slide down from the bridge onto the stage.... with Saki's athletic abilities he could really use something like this. let's face it, if he's in the mood, he climbs the framework of the stage anyway!! looool

Sakis deserves a BIG production for sure. Then maybe he could take all this on a European Tour and please everyone here!!! YAY!

Indeed he does and is! I would just imagine all of that happening now! Pretty dynamic! Yet no matter what he does on stage our luv 2wards him would only deepen even more!
